Regardless of your health condition, your origins, your age, your religion, your sex and your gender identity, you can receive the same care and services.

 

 

You have the right to be treated and served with respect.

Several examples of situations

  • A healthcare professional cannot make disrespectful remarks to you about your weight, culture or sexual orientation.
  • The quality of care and services should not vary depending on your origins, your religion or your gender identity.
  • The location and care must be adapted to your physical condition or disability.
